Meet Ellen Volpe and Tori Tomasheski, the dynamic duo behind ET Family Travel!
Ellen and Tori share a passion for travel, leadership, and communication. Both grew up with a love for Disney which they now share with their families, agents, and clients alike. Together they have joined forces to build a successful team of agents who are dedicated to providing the highest level of service for their clients. Ellen and Tori pride themselves on creating a supportive and cooperative team atmosphere for their agents.
ET Family Travel has been voted Best Travel Agency on Long Island for the past five years (2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024) and their extensive list of suppliers allows for the booking of all destinations worldwide.
The company has also been recognized by Disney as a Platinum EarMarked Agency and qualified to be in Universal Orlando’s U-Preferred Partner Loyalty Program at the Platinum level. These designations are reserved for top performing agencies that have met strict qualifications, demonstrated a high level of sales, and kept up with all required destination training.

As co-owner, Ellen focuses on training agents to understand that research and meticulous planning are the cornerstones of what makes the ETFT difference.
Her determination for success drives the personalized concierge service she and all of the agents at ET Family Travel provide for their clients.

Tori Tomasheski
Tori loves to explore Disney destinations with her family while learning all about them for her clients. She enjoys helping clients decide what will make their trip the most magical and then making it happen.
In addition to managing the agents, Tori works closely on agency relationships. Exploring new destinations to bring to our clients is her favorite part of her job.
